Mrs. Britt To Direct Dunbar Center Camp
Mrs. Roberta Ellis Britt, director of the League house for girls on E. Catherine St., will be the director of the Dunbar Center-sponsored camp at Camp Newkirk, near Dexter, for a two-week period beginning Aug. 4. This is the second year that Mrs. Britt has headed the camp staff.
Enrollments are now being accepted from prospective campers at Dunbar Center, Douglas E. Williams, executive director, said today. The. camp is open to boys, ages seven through 11, and for girls, seven through 17. A staff of 10 leaders will instruct a varied program of activities including crafts, swimming, hikes, music and athletics.
