Mrs. Elizabeth A. Hoyt

CLINTON — Mrs. Elizabeth
Ardella Hoyt, 95, of Remus, died
yesterday at the home of her son,
H. P. Hoyt, at Clinton after a
four weeks illness.

Mrs. Hoyt was born at Elmira,
N. Y., but lived most of her life in
Michigan. In recent years she spent
! with her two

iShe was a memoer of the Meth-
odist Church in Remus.

Surviving are three sons, H. P.
Hoyt and E. E. Hoyt, both of Clin-
ton, and John Hoyt, of Homer, La.;

three daughters, Mrs. Elizabeth
Fell of Holland, Mrs. Carrie Cole-
grove of Remus and Mrs. Ada
Sparling of Prescott; 19 grandchil-
dren, '35 great-grandchildren, and
one great-great-grandchild.

Private funeral services will be
held at 3 o'clock Friday afternoon
at theHaus Funeral Home in Clin-
ton, with Rev. Harry Kellogg of
the Clinton Congregational Church
officiating. Burial will be made at
Remus.
