Estate of Mrs. Marie M. Warman, found frozen to death in her home at 539 S. Fifth Ave. last Jan. 30, is estimated at $30,000, according to a petition filed in probate court here.

Included in the list of Mrs. Warman’s assets were $4,227 in cash, $13,405 in stocks and bonds, $300 in jewelry and the Fifth Ave. house, valued at $9,500. The estate will be divided among three sons, Dana C. Warman of Buffalo, N. Y.; Robert B. Warman of Kenmore, N. Y.; and Bryan Warman of Greenwich, Conn.

Mrs. Warman was found dead by city police who broke into the house last January, following a notice that milk was accumulating on the doorstep. No fuel was found in the 12-room house.

Bernard E. Harkins was named executor of the estate of the 77-year-old recluse.
