Rehabilitation Group Meets In Traverse City

The Michigan Rehabilitation Association, in co-operation with the Michigan Occupational Therapy Association, is holding its third annual convention yesterday, today, and Tuesday at the Park Place Hotel, Traverse City.

Three Ann Arbor persons will participate in the program for the conference which is entitled “The Psychological Aspects of Physical Disability."

Dr. Robert C. Bassett of the University Hospital Department of Surgery will speak on "Aspects of Severe Disablement" at a section meeting Tuesday morning.

Dr. F. D. Johnston of the Heart Station, University Hospital, will discuss "Psycho-Somatics in Heart Disorders’’ at another section meeting on Tuesday morning. Moderator at this discussion will be Mrs. Margaret Nickerson Martin, who operates the Tuckaway House here and who is president of the Michigan Department, American Federation of the Physically Handicapped.
