Mrs. Paulina Armbruster
Mrs. Paulina Armbruster, 75, widow of William Armbruster, died Monday evening at her home, 541 S. Ashley St., after a brief illness. She was a sister of Supervisor Albert Trinkle of Scio township.
Mrs. Armbruster was born Jan. 27, 1873, in Freedom township, a daughter of Christian and Maria Grauer Trinkle, and was married to Mr. Armbruster on Oct. 20, 1892.
They lived in Scio township until 1904, when they moved to Ann Arbor, where they had since made their home. Mr. Armbruster died on Feb. 12, 1947.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. William Kuebler; a son, Walter W. Armbruster; four sisters, Mrs. John Renau, Miss Lydia Trinkle, Miss Matilda Trinkle and Mrs. Otto Stierle, all of Ann Arbor; two brothers, Albert of Scio township and Gottfried of Freedom township; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Thursday afternoon at the Muehlig Funeral Chapel, with Rev. E. C. Stellhorn officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral chapel.
