Completely new both in construction and concept is this yellow diner at the corner of S. Ashley and W. Liberty St. It has a porcelain finish, both inside and out, and is of stran-steel construction. The entire structure was brought here from Toledo on a truck and erected on a concrete block basement. Donald B. Reid, the owner, says that the "Dagwood Diner" is one of many being put up in various parts of the country. Thursday has been set as the formal opening date, although the business has been in operation for about a week.
