Mrs. Augusta Haner
Mrs. Augusta Winters Haner, 75, a resident of Ann Arbor for 65 years, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. James Taylor, 314 Mulholland St., after a lingering illness. She was born April 9, 1873, in Germany and came to Ann Arbor when she was 10 years of age. She had lived here ever since and in recent years had made her home with her daughter.
Mrs. Haner’s husband, Frank, died 16 years ago.
Surviving besides Mrs. Taylor are another daughter, Mrs. Edward Merrett of Ann Arbor; a son, Carl Winters on Bainsbridge, Ga.; seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o’clock Tuesday afternoon from the Staffan-Hildinger Funderal Home with Rev. Walter Brandt officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
