Suspect In Rocket Center Burglary Pleads Not Guilty

INKSTER—A plea of not guilty to charges of breaking into the University's Rocket Research Center was entered for Stephen B. Fogg, 26, of Willow Village in municipal court here yesterday.
Fogg, a Kaiser-Frazer employe, was apprehended inside the project located near Ypsilanti, late Friday afternoon when a civilian guard made his rounds.
Arraigned in Justice John L. Mokersky’s court yesterday afternoon, Fogg remained silent. His attorney, Robert Fink of Ypsilanti, entered the not guilty plea, however.
Fogg was returned to jail in Ann Arbor in lieu of $1,000 bond asked by the court.
