YPSILANTI - CIty Firemen Aaron H. Carson and Howard P. Gragg were promoted to fire lieutenants yesterday by Safety Commisioner Harold E. Haun. Both will begin their new positions on Feb. 1.
Carson and Gragg were recommended to the posts after they earned the top grades in competitive examinations over a field of nine firemen.
