Mrs. John Hanselmann
Mrs. Wilhelmina C. Hanselmann, 79, wife of the late John T. Hanselmann, died this morning at her home, 618 Fifth St., after a long illness.
Mrs. Hanselmann was born March 6, 1873, in Germany, a daughter of Jacob and Katherine Eberwein. She came to Ann Arbor with her parents in 1881 and lived here until her marriage to Mr. Hanselmann on April 18, 1900. The couple lived on a farm on the Ann Arbor-Saline Rd., until 1921. Since then, Mrs. Hanselmann has lived at the Fifth St. address.
Mr. Hanselmann died Sept. 28, 1943.
Mrs. Hanselmann was a member of the Bethlehem Evangelical and Reformed Church, and the Ladies Aid Society of the church.
She is survived by a son, Clarence D. Hanselmann of Ann Arbor; a brother, Paul Eberwein of Windsor, Ont.; and a grandson, Thomas Hanselmann.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 Tuesday afternoon at the Muehlig Chapel, Rev. Walter S. Press officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel.
