Painter, Decorator Of Ypsilanti Dies
YPSILANTI - William P. Rumberger, 62, a painter and decorator, died Saturday night at the home of his nephew, William Weimer, of Willis, after a long illness. He lived at 512 W. Michigan Ave. here.
Born Feb. 17, 1884, in Exeter township, Monroe county, he was a son of John and Barbara Raymer Rumberger.
Surviving are a brother, Alvin of Ypsilanti; a sister, Mrs. Lyman Post of Carleton; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at the Stevens and Bush Funeral Home with Rev. Harley C. Sipe officiating. Burial will be in Carleton Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
