Twin Charges Lodged Against Local Barber
A 52-year-old Ann Arbor barber, John B. Easley of 115 E. Ann St., was arrested by city police Saturday on twin charges of assault and battery and investigation of possessing betting memoranda,
Complainant in the assault and battery charge is Anderson Wise of 113 E. Ann St., who charges that Easley stuck him with a fork during an altercation in a local hotel on March 28.
On searching Easley, police said they found auto lottery tickets issued in Detroit and' a numbers
policy slip.
