HOWELL - Services for Mrs. Belle Hubbel, 72, who died Saturday, were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Schnackenburg Funeral Home. The Rev. Walter Geske of the Presbyterian Church officiated. Burial was made in Lakeview Cemetery.
Mrs. Hubbel, who died at her home, 939 S. Jones St., was born Sept. 10, 1881, at Greenville, Mich., the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Levi Mavis. She was the widow of Walter Hubbel, a World War I veteran.
Survivors are two sons, Floyd and Ford Hubbel, and a brother, Joseph W. Mavis, all of this community.
