The 36-unit Kingsley Apartments at 809 E. Kingsley St. has been bought by Mr. and Mrs. L. Norris Post for an undisclosed sum.
A corporation formerly owned the building. Its major stockholder was the late Theodore Wolff.
Post said today that he intends to add modern furniture to the apartment. Otherwise, no major changes are anticipated. The structure was erected in 1929.
Attorney John S. Dobson represented Mr. and Mrs. Post in the transaction, while the Wolff estate was represented by Albert E. Blashfield.
