BANK BRANCH NEARS COMPLETION: Construction of the $79,000 Ann Arbor Bank branch at the northeast corner of Packard St. and Brockman Blvd. is rapidly nearing completion. Bank officials hope to open the new structure by next month. The 2,400 square-foot combination drive-in, walk-in bank is being built by the Henry W. deKoning Construction Co. It was designed by Colvin, Robinson & Associates.
