William C. Hubbert
CHELSEA - William Charles Hubbert, 63, died Sunday morning at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Russell Bernath of 306 Wilkinson St., after a four-month illness.
Born Nov. 8, 1891, at Cherry Willingham, Lincolnshire, England, Mr. Hubbert was a son of Charles and Charlotte Burns Hubbert.
He was married in 1912 in England to Louisa Cross. The couple came to this country in 1913.
In addition to his wife, Mr. Hubbert is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Joseph Penrose and Mrs. Robert Patrick of Lansing, Mrs. Bernath and Mrs. David Aronson of Chelsea, and Mrs. Mahlon Dunkel of Monrovia, Calif.; 10 grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in the Burghardt Funeral Home, with the Rev. S. D. Kinde officiating.
Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home.
