YPSILANTI - Benjamin O. Thorn, 69, of 308 S. Prospect St. died suddenly at his home Friday.
He was born Feb. 16, 1886, at South Bend, Ind., a son of James and Anna Bell Curwin Thorn.
Survivors include two sons, Buckley R. of Ypsilanti and Gary S. of Phoenix, Ariz.; three sisters, Mrs. George A. Gotts of Willis, Mrs. Gertrude Wilson of Willis and Mrs. Ida May Spears of Whittaker; one brother, Guy Thorn of Detroit.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Moore Funeral Home, the Rev. William R. Shaw officiating. Burial will be in Udell Cemetery, Ypsilanti township. Friends may call at the funeral home.
