Mrs. Seeback Elected Head of Association

Mrs. Geraldine Seeback of 320 E. Washington St. has been elected president of the newly formed Michigan Civic Orchestra Women's Association, which was organized and chartered under Mrs. Seeback’s leadership.

Dedicated to furnishing leadership to women’s groups that support communities’ civic orchestra, the new association is said to be the first of its kind on the state level in the country.

Elected corresponding secretary was Mrs. Harmon O. Johnson of 1123 Vesper Rd., while Mrs. Herbert O. Benz of 1816 Geddes Ave. was named membership chairman.

Other association officers include Mrs. Samuel Walker of Traverse City, vice-president; and Mrs. Harold Kellogg of Plymouth, secretary-treasurer.
