The Rev. Merrill R. Abbey of the First Methodist Church and the Rev. Henry L. Weiss of Denver, Colo., heard Betty Joyce Logerquist, and Peter Winchell Forsythe, son of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin C. Forsythe of Barton Shore Dr., Barton Hills, repeat their marriage vows at 8 p.m. yesterday.

Miss Janet Milham of Arella Blvd. was the maid of honor for the ceremony which was held in the First Methodist Church.

She and the three bridesmaids, Miss Noreen Gustine of Highland Rd., Miss Ann Bigby of Stratford Dr. and Miss Sue Kiddle of Crest Ave., wore green embroidered crystalette gowns styled with boat necklines and empire waistlines circled with cummerbunds.

Their sweetheart hats matched their gowns, and they carried bouquets of roses and carnations in shades of pink, the maid of honor’s being darker.

Miss Beverly Forsythe of Barton Shore Dr., a sister of the bridegroom, was the junior bridesmaid in a similar outfit.

The bride, who is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. E. C. Logerquist of Whitmore Lake Rd., Ann Arbor township, chose a full-length gown of net with a chantilly lace bodice and wide panels of lace in the front and back of the skirt.

The bodice was highlighted with an off-the-shoulder neckline filled with tulle and a lace mandarin collar. A crown held her fingertip illusion veil, and she carried a bouquet of stephanotis and white roses centered with gold throated orchids.

Beth Ann Haner of Hellner Rd. was the flower girl in a full-length gown of embroidered organdy over pale green crystalette featuring a cummerbund sash. She carried a basket of pink carnations and roses.

The bride’s brother, Kenneth Allen Logerquist, was the ring bearer.

Michael Forsythe of Barton Shore Dr. was his brother’s best man, and Jeffrey Hare of Ferdon Rd., Todd Jones of Martin Pl., John Wessinger of Granger Ave. and Bill Mainwaring of Tampa, Fla., ushered.

A reception was held in the Wesley Lounge of the church following the ceremony. Miss Sandra Fox of Maple Rd. kept a guest book, and Miss Mary Meadows of Lansdowne Rd., Barton Hills, Miss Sue Pringle of Mt. Pleasant Ave., Miss Barbara Knutson of Wayne and Miss Mary Jo Nelson of Pontiac poured.

Mrs. Robert Mattice of Hellner Rd. and Miss Loretta Laramee of Pontiac Trail cut the cake.

After a short honeymoon the couple will live at 417 S. Division St. For traveling the bride chose a beige pongee sheath dress with beige and rose accessories. Her corsage was a white orchid.

She was graduated from Ann Arbor High School and is a sophomore at the University. Her husband, who was also graduated from Ann Arbor High School, is also a sophomore at the University.
