Lions Elect Richard Maslin Succeeds Rash As Club President Richard Maslin of 1410 Harbrooke Ave., a member of the Ann Arbor Lions Club for 12 years, was elected president yesterday, succeeding Ralph E. Rash. Maslin is a partner with his son, Bruce J., in a vending machine business. Maslin, who is ind, has been active in the Lions principal community project of aid to the blind and thorse with other sight handicaps Other new officers elected were Robert B. Tilford, first vice-president; John W. Gillen, second vice president; Harold C. Barrett, third vice-president; James B. Mohler, secretary; Frank M. Reed, jr., treasurer; J. B.
