Bids Being Taken For Perry School
YPSILANTI -- New bids are being taken on the renovation of Perry Elementary School, Supt. Evart W. Ardis announced today.
Contractors are being asked to have new bids in by Wednesday, Feb. 5.
New bids were asked, he said, when bids opened last month were found to be substantially higher than the $62,000 which has been allocated for the project.
The renovation will include dividing the two-story gymnasium into two floors, plus modernization of original classrooms and lavatories.
