Police Force Adds Officer
Ann Arbor Police Chief Casper M. Enkemann today announced the appointment of Stanton L. Bordine, 26, of Milan, to a patrolman's post within the Police Department.
Bordine recently completed a four-week training period under command officers of the local department. He will go on duty today, Chief Enkemann said.
The new officer was born in Monroe and was graduated from Milan High School in 1950. From 1951 to 1954 he served in the U. S. Navy. His last place of employment was with the Peter Sausage Co. in Ann Arbor. He is married and has a son.
Bordine's appointment leaves one vacancy in the Police Department's complement of 76 full-time officers.
