Bill Knapp's Restaurant
BILL KNAPP'S RESTAURANT: This is the main dining room of the new Bill Knapp's Restaurant which opened this week at 2501 Jackson Rd. This dining room and two other smaller ones seat up to 155 persons. The restaurant is one of seven owned in the state by the Knapp firm. It has an unique educational program for employes.
HAS COLONIAL LOOK: The restaurant features a Colonial look at the exterior where there is parking space for 115 cars. Co-managers are Mrs. Ida Chase and Donald G. Smith.
STAINLESS STEEL KITCHEN: The stainless-steel kitchen has modern commercial equipment and gives a sparkling clean appearance from the dining rooms with settee-type seating. Between 35-40 persons will be employed at the restaurant when the personnel roster has been filled.
