Mrs. Alvina C. Graf
Mrs. Alvina C. Graf, 75, of 409 Third St., a resident of Ann Arbor the past 42 years, died Dec. 12 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital following an illness of five days.
Mrs. Graf was born on April 8, 1883, in Sumpter township, Wayne county, a daughter of August and Louise Reamer Kubin. She married Edwin O. Graf on June 17, 1909. He died on Nov. 20, 1917.
She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Ivo H. Brewer of Ann Arbor; three sons, Edwin A. A. Graf of North Ridge, Calif., Herman R. Graf of Lansing and Otto F. Graf of Mesa, Ariz.; eight grandchildren; five great grandchildren; a sister, Miss Augusta Kubin; two brothers, Lea Kubin and Rudolph Kubin, all of Sumpter township; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held on Dec. 15 at the Muehlig Chapel, with the Rev. Ralph B. Piper officiating.
Burial was made in Bethlehem Cemetery.
