BURKE, CHARLES L.
Also sentenced yesterday were four youths arrested at 1:20 a.m. yesterday and charged with stealing hubcaps from three cars here. They pleaded guilty to simple larceny.
The four were all ordered to pay $50 fine and costs each or serve 30-day jail terms. They are John F. Bassett, 21, of 406 College Pl., Charles L. Burke, 19, of 405 Westwood St. in Ann Arbor, Luther L. Emberton, 21, of 16 S. Washington St. and Duane H. Miller, 21, 206 Arcade St.
