Mrs. Martha E. Davis, 70, of
616 S. Division St., widow of
James Davis, died Thursday
evening at St. Joseph Mercy
Hospital after a two-week ill-
ness.
She was born May 22, 1889,
in Pittsfield township, a daugh-
ter of Frederick and Charlotte
Hintz Krumrei. She was a mem-
ber of Zion Lutheran Church
and a life member of the wom-
en o" 'ic church.

Luxen of Detroit, Mrs. Rose
Moore of Chicago, Mrs. Eva
Berry of Ann Arbor and Mrs.

i sons, James F. Davis and
Clifford D. Davis, both of Ann
Arbor.
Also surviving are 1" ••• • —d-
children and 3 great-ez,i;,i^inl-
dren. Two sisters,, Mrs. Charles
Folk and Miss Amanda Krum-
rei, both of Ann Arbor; a broth-
er, Edward Krumrei of Ann Ar-
bor, and several nieces and
nephews also survive.
Funeral services will be held
at 11 a.m. Monday at the Mueh-
lig Chapel. The Rev. Floyd T.
Shafer will officiate. Burial will
be made in Forest Hill Ceme-
tery. Friends may call at the
chapel beginning Saturday.

the memorial fund of Zion Lu-
theran Church.
