Carr Promoted
At Argus Cameras
Maurice K. Carr, an Argus
Cameras Division design en-
gineering department employe,
has been promoted to man-
ager of manufacturing engi-
neering, it was
announced to-
day by Clinton
H. Harris, Ar-
gus president.
Carr was as-
sociated with
the Pittsburgh
Testing Labo-
ratory of Pitts-
burgh, Pa.,
and the Amer-
ican Optical
Co. of Buffalo, N. Y., before
joining Argus in 1946.
He was graduated from the
University of Illinois in 1939
with a bachelor's degree in
electrical engineering.
He belongs to the American'
Society of Tool and Manufac-
turing Engineers and is active
in local civic affairs.
