St. Thomas Dads Plan Summer Fun Program for Kids

A summer fun program is planned again this year sponsored by the Dads’ Club of St. Thomas School. The program is open to all Catholic students who will be in grades 5 through 12 next fall.

Leo Wagner, head coach at St. Thomas, will supervise and direct the program.

All activities will start at St. Thomas School.

The schedule of activities for the week of June 12-17 follows:

Monday, June 13—fifth and sixth graders: 12:30 p.m., roller skating, 2 p.m., swimming at Groomes Bathing Beach, 4:30 p.m., arrive back at school.

Tuesday, June 14 — ninth graders: 8 a.m., Mass at St. Thomas, 9 a.m., picnic at Newport Beach, 6 p.m., arrive back at school.

Wednesday, June 15—altar and choir boys: 9 a.m., trip to Bob-Lo, 7 p.m., arrive back at school.

Thursday, June 16—seventh and eighth graders: 12:30 p.m., roller skating, 2 p.m., swimming at Groomes, 4:30 p.m., arrive back at school.

Friday, June 17—high school students: 12:30 p.m., swimming and dancing at Newport, 4 p.m., arrive back at school.
