Barbara Rotvig, who was instrumental in the founding of the Ladies Professional Golf Association's National School, has been named the LPGA's teaching professional of the year.
An instructor in the University's department of physical education for women as well as a professional at the Michigan Course, Miss Rotvig is cochairman of the teaching section of the LPGA.
More than 75 women pros from all parts of the country gathered here last June for the initial National Golf School.
