Human Relations Commis-<br><br>siUlL 11 'qR2 WED*<br><br>Among functions' of the obser-1 vers are keeping League mem-; bers informed on local affairs,: helping to spot problem areas i which the League may wish to i study and on which it may take action, and aiding in interpretation of problems of public offi-1 eials to the League and community.<br><br>The observers and the bodies to which they are assigned include Mrs. Charles Joiner, City Council: Mrs. Ralph Fletcher, County Board of Supervisors; Mrs. Dennis Rigan. Ann Arbor Board of Education; Mrs. Gerald Deneau, City Planning Commission; and Mrs. Joseph Rummer, County Planning Commission.<br><br>Others are Mrs. Locke Anderson, Ann Arbor Metropolitan Area Planning Commission: Mrs. Edward Bordin and Mrs.j Josephine Brokaw, Citizens Advisory Council to Probate Court; : Mrs. Gordon Brown, Bureau of; Community Services; Mrs. Lyle Craine, Huron River Watershed Intergovernmental Committee; and Mrs. Peter Olmsted, Human Relations Commission.
