Research Park Triangle

RESEARCH PARK TRIANGLE: Ground (left center) has been cleared for Tecumseh Products Company's new research laboratory in Ann Arbor's Research Park. It is the third unit to be built in the 210-acre park. The building at right center is office-laboratory of the Federal Mogul Division, Research & Development, and in the foreground is a new 24,000-square-foot rental unit for research industry under construction. So far, Detroit Testing Laboratory has announced it will occupy 6,000-square-feet in the rental unit. Value of the three buildings is about $1,500,000. In this aerial view looking eastward is Research Park Drive which starts at S. State Road at the city's extreme south side. Other building sites are being promoted nationally.
