K. Fred Foster
K. Fred Foster, 85, a retired carpenter contractor, died early Friday at his home, 712 S. Division, after a brief illness. He was born Feb. 6, 1879, in Scio Township, a son of William "1 Alice Anderson Foster. He •s a life resident of this area. He retired five years ago after 50 years as a carpenter con- tractor. He was a member of the local Moose lodge. He married Mary Ann Braun on July 26, 1910, and she pre- ceded him in death on Dec. 25, 1958. -:. Surviving a'-" fnnr sons, Cal- vin B., Louis crt J., and Donald W.; a daughter, Mrs. • (Mary Jane) Gray; 12 ndchildren; three great- ndchildren; a brother, Ben; a sister, Mrs. George Pratt; and several nieces and nephews. All live in Ann Arbor. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Mueh- Ug Chapel with the Rev. Paul S. Durham officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends may call at the chapel beginning Saturday.
