Waves To Motorists
George Thomas, school crossing guard on Pontiac near Northside School, waves at a passing motorist. Thomas, who will be 79 years old next month, brings a smile to the lips of hundreds of motorists every day as they pass his station. He waves and smiles warmly at occupants of each vehicle - slighting no one.
