Ann Arbor Councilwoman Eunice L. Burns (center) receives her "Woman Doer of 1966" award from Secretary of the Interior Stewart L. Udall. The award, presented to Mrs. Burns yesterday during the Campaign Conference for Democratic Women in Washington, D. C., was made in the beautification category. Mrs. Margaret Price of Ann Arbor, vice chairman and director of the Democratic National Committees Womens Division, is at the right. Mrs. Burns represents the First Ward.
