Rationals Set Release Of Their New Record
The Rationals are scheduled to release their new record, “Hold On Baby,” this Wednesday, according to Hugh “Jeep” Holland, the group’s manager.
The new recording is on a Cameo - Parkway label, Holland said, and the title of the flip side is “Sing.”
The local rock and roll group’s last release, “Respect,” climbed high on the record charts last fall.
Holland said the youths — Scott Morgan, Terry Trabandt, Steve Correll and Bill Figg — had recently played at a benefit dance in Cleveland sponsored by radio station WHK. Proceeds went for Italian flood victims. The group played at six other locations in the Cleveland area during that visit, Holland said.
