The film, "Flaming Crea-
tures" was ruled obscene Aug.
31 by Ann Arbor Municipal Court
Judge S. J. Elden.
The four defendants will ap-
•ear before Judge William F.
Ager Jr. Sept. 20 at 3:30 p.m.
for a pre-trial hearing to set a
trial date.
