6 Arraigned In Drug Case

Six persons who police say were members of a Flint-Ann Arbor 4a r narcotics ring were arraigned yesterday in Ann Arbor Municipal Court.

Jeffery Harbour, 19, of 415 Lawrence St., James Saunders, also 19, of 1331 Washtenaw Ave., and Charles Harris Jr., 25, of 144 E. Hoover St., all demanded examination on charges of sale of marijuana. Judge S. J. Elden set their examination date for Nov. 6 and ordered bonds of $5,000 each to be posted for their release.

Ronald G. Teeguarden, 21, of 415 Lawrence St., Anthony M. Taylor, 28, of 1002 Packard St., and Jerry Kircher, 17, of 2612 Miller Ave., were all arraigned on charges of possession of marijuana.

Taylor demanded examination and that proceeding was set for Nov. 6. Teeguarden and Kircher asked for delays in their formal arraignment and Judge Elden set their next court appearance for Nov. 4. Bonds in all three cases were set at $1,000.
