White Panther Mute In Court
Lawrence Pamondon, 24, of 151C Hill, one of two persons charged with distributing obscene literature to minors, stood mute in Washtenaw Circuit Court yesterday and a not guilty peas was entered for him.
Judge William F. Ager Jr. set a pre-trail hearing for July 2.
An official of the White Panther organization, Plamondon is charged with giving some of that groups literature to students at Milan High School on March 15. Eleven high school students were suspended from school for possessing and distributing the material
