Age 78, passed away this
morning at St. J'i"—1' Mercy
Hospital. Born J 91, in
Ann Arbor, i-iiic was the
daughter of Milton M. and
Julia O'Grady Steffey. Miss
Steffey was a member of St.
Thnmas Catholic Church and
Altar Society of the
cilitx^h. She wa?- ^ "riduate
of the St. JOSG]) Hos-
pital School oi ^>i,,»ng in
1928 and was a nurse here for
several years. Surviving are:
three nieces, Mrs. Gloria
Curtin and Mrs. Carolyn Ann
Tresman, both of Orlando,
Fla., and Mrs. Jane Mariott
of Jackson, and a nephew,
the Rev. Father John Stef-
fey of Kalamazoo. Funeral
services will be held at 11:30
a.m. Friday from St.
Thomas Catholic Church.
Burial will be made in, St.
Thomas Cemetery. Friends
may call at the Muehlig
Chapel where the Rosary will
be recited at 8 p.m. Thurs-
day.
