John Burns, 62-year-old South Lyon resident, has been sought since the Sept. 22 murder of Mrs. Eleanor Farver. She was shot to death at her home in Ann Arbor Township. Continued searches of a four-county area since the slaying have failed to located Burns. The former school custodian is believed to be armed with a shotgun.
