Breining, Mr. Carl Ray Sr.
1449 Glastonbury -
Age 73, passed away suddenly on October 27, 1971 at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. He was born February 16, 1898, in Belleville, Mich., the son of Austin and Myrtle Hurd Breining. On February 3, 1919 he married Elsa Ungerer. Mr. Breining was a retired taxi owner and operator in Ann Arbor. He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, a member of Golden Rule Lodge No. 159 F&AM, Zal Gaz Grotto No. 34, Washtenaw Chapter No. 34 R.A.M., Ann Arbor Council No. 86, a life member of Ann Arbor Commandery No. 13, Knights Templar, and Ann Arbor Moose Lodge No. 1253. He is survived by his wife, Elsa; eight children, Carl R. Breining Jr. of Reston, Virginia, Robert A. Breining of Ann Arbor, Mrs.
