SITE WANTED FOR
FEDERAL BUILDING
ANN ARBOR, MICHIGAN

The General Services Administration solicits proposals for
the sale or donation to the United States of America of a
site, or to exchange excess government property for a suitable
site, for a new Federal Building in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Land Area Required: Minimum area of 70,520 square feet with
a minimum frontage of 230 feet.

Delinated Area: Within the corporate limits of Ann Arbor.

Owners of parcels aggregating less than the size specified, but
to which adjoining parcels may be added to produce a site
of the required size, are encouraged to offer such parcel* in
response to this solicitation of proposals.

by agents mus panied by documentary evidence of
authority.

Proposals will be received in the Acquisition Branch, General
Services Administration, Room 1104, Fw '^"' A/,, k.nir.^ n "i.-cen
Building, 219 South Dearborn Street, 4,
through June 9. Sites offered will be inspected during The
week of June 12, by representatives of General Services
Administration. The right is reserved, as the interest of the
