Here's an architect's rendering of the 11-story Wolverine Tower office, for which groundbreaking ceremonies were held, on State near I-94. Across the road from the Briarwood Shopping Center, the building is scheduled to be completed in 12 to 15 months. The office tower, which will include 169,000 square feet, will be complemented by a 40,000 square foot one-story support facility (shown in foreground). The principal owners are Robert Sosnick and Fred Gordon of Detroit.
