The foundation has been built for an 11-story office building on S. State across from the Briarwood Shopping Center (background). A 200-foot crane stands ready to begin work. Completion is scheduled for early in 1974, according to John Swisher III of Swisher Realty, the leasing agent. The 14-acre site will include parking for approximately 800 cars. A one-story support facility of 30,000 square feet will be built next to the high rise structure which will include 13,000 square feet on each floor. Retail shops are expected to occupy space on the ground floor.
