Railroad Scene After Dark Is Topic

The railroad scene after dark — and how to photograph it — will be the subject at the regular monthly meeting of the Ann Arbor Train and Trolley Watchers at 8 p.m. on June 20 in the parish hall of St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church. Douglas Leffler of Jackson will illustrate his talk with color slides of railroads made during the past several years. Leffler is regarded as one of the leading photographers of railroads in the Midwest, and has had many of his photographs published in railroad books and magazines.

Following Leffler’s talk, a slide show, “Where The Plains End and the Mountains Begin” will depict railroading in Colorado and Wyoming. The meeting is open to all, and there is no admission charge.
