Age 85, died Sunday, July 9, 1978 at Huron View Lodge after an extended illness. Mr. Miller was born on June 6, 1893 in Morenci, Michigan, the son of Frank A. and Eliza Schaffner Miller. He had been a resident of Ann Arbor since 1940. On Oct. 5, 1929, he married Alvina Euler, who preceded him in death on Aug. 25, 1958. Mr. Miller was the former co-owner with Harold Jahnke of the Miller-Jahnke Chrysler & Plymouth Garage, from 1940-1954. He became the sole owner in 1954, and retired in 1962. Mr. Miller was a veteran of World War I, U.S. Army, serving overseas. He is survived by five nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Muehlig Chapel, with the Rev. Orval A.E. Williman officiating. Burial will be in Bethlehem Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 7-9 p.m. and from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Tuesday.
