BREAKING GROUND - Former President Gerald Ford hoists a shovelful of sand Wednesday and officially breaks ground for a $6 million museum in Grand Rapids. To Ford's left is his wife Betty and Gov. Milliken. Ford will visit Ann Arbor on June 19 to lay the cornerstone for a library to house his papers and historical materials.
