Pauline Acres neighbors will reminisce

There’ll probably be more than a little reminiscing when the Pauline Acres Women’s Club holds its silver anniversary celebration.

The observance will be held Saturday, Oct. 13, at Weber’s with a reception scheduled for 6:30 p.m. and dinner at 7:30p.m..

The Pauline Acres Women’s Club is based on Pauline Acres Subdivision, an area of 50 homes off Pauline Boulevard at Redeemer.

Caroline Eschelbach, the club president, says about 70 and possibly more persons are expected to attend the celebration. Scheduled to be among those attending are eight of the 12 charter club members.

The program will be “A Bit of History of the First Twenty-Five Years,” and there will be a viewing of pictures and slides.

Besides the president, the planning committee includes Dorothy Blair, Laura Lee DeHaven, Virginia Donahey, Clem Ehnis, Vera Field, Netta Gray, Ellen Raab, Norma Sarus and Berta Stein.
