Acuff, Bruce Keith

Detroit, Mich.

(Formerly of Whittaker, Mich.)

Age 25, died suddenly Tuesday, May 20, 1980. Born July 20, 1954, in Romulus, Mich., he was the son of Katherine and Eugene Kersey and Melvin and Eleanor Acuff. He was a 1972 graduate of Lincoln High School, Ypsilanti and was employed with the Michigan Bell Telephone Company in Detroit. Other survivors include his dearest and closest friend, Debbie Clearwater; four brothers, Mark Acuff, Melvin Acuff Jr., Marty Kersey, David Kersey; one sister, April Acuff; paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Donald Acuff and Mr. and Mrs. Orville Kersey; maternal great grandfather, Guadalupe Gutierrez. Several uncles, aunts, and cousins also survive. Funeral services will be held Friday 11 a.m. at Moore Memorial Chapel. Burial will follow in Alban Cemetery. Friends may call at the Moore Memorial Chapel Friday at 10 a.m.
