Ann Arbor's Abbott School has been awash with police officers and children in recent days. No riots or rumbles involved, just some safety training. The photo above shows the layout of Safety Town, a device the city police department is using to train children how to exercise caution when both biking and walking. The make-believe town includes streets, stop signs and other real-life situations children encounter. At right, Capt.
